Val di Sole
The Val di Sole is the mountain in its purest form; the scenery is unique: the majestic peaks of the Adamello, Presanella and Ortles-Cevedale, glaciers, forests, streams, pastures and old farmhouses. Much of the land is protected by the Natural Park Adamello Brenta and Stelvio Park.
Water is the dominant note of the valleys: the Walnut, ranked by National Geographic as one of the ten best rivers in the world for white water rafting, it hosts international competitions of canoeing, rafting kayaking. Adrenaline and fun, rafting is suitable for everyone, to try one of the many towns of the valley.
But here in Val di Sole you have also played the World Cup mountain bike, then the routes for fans are numerous and varied and include the cycle of Val di Sole, which extends along the Noce, following ancient and rustic streets. The Adamello groups and Brenta, rich in alpine lakes and glaciers, offering countless trips and crossings for all, beginners and experts.
The Val di Sole has two spas, a Rabbi and Pejo, The Pejo Terme are also open during the winter season.
The Val di Sole offers all the opportunities for those who love skiing. The Folgarida-Marilleva area, with easy access to Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo creates an immense area of tracks, for over 150km.
The Presena glacier and the Tonale Pass form, along with Pontedilegno, another carousel of 100 km of slopes. In the Stelvio Park Pejo it is ideal for family skiing, but also for ski touring in contact with nature.
